Hi, my name is Kathy McGowan, I am 48 years old, married to John, and a mummy to 2 grown up boys, Adam (24) and Jamie (18). I decided to start up this website to share my life and my business with others.

A brief overview of life involves a lot of health issues. At the age of 13 I developed epilepsy, which pretty much took over my teen years. I developed a fear of being alone and suffered many seizures but I was put on medication which seemed to hold my seizures well.
​
I married young and had my first son at 23 and my seizures returned during my pregnancy, that was hard going. When my son was 2 years old, I found myself going through a divorce and still having seizures.
​
Not long afterwards, I met my husband. We married 2 years later and I went on to have a second son, still having seizures. Throughout all of this, I was having trouble with my weight, it was a real struggle. Thirteen years ago my seizures stopped and thankfully I am still seizure-free to this day.
​
I attended Slimming World and lost 5 stone (70lbs) and I was delighted but I was also diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the same time, which really threw a spanner in the works. My weight problems started again.
​
No matter how much I tried the Slimming World plan, I struggled. I knew it definitely worked but something still wasnt right in my body. A friend introduced me to these new natural weight management drinks and my weight started going down again. I then discovered that I had an underactive thyroid so that was part of the weight problem.
​
Last year I also found out I have rheumatoid arthritis so my health was really taking a battering. The company who make the weight management drinks were bringing out lots of new natural health products so I joined the company to earn some extra cash. I ended up loving it so much that I have turned it into a full time home business. I have since moved onto another natural health company and just love this business so much.

We have amazing products that are really helping my RA and my other conditions. I am so in love with the products and the team members within the company are now like a second family to me. I have never felt so supported and am looking forward to my 2022 journey.
