Planning weight loss

So now Christmas is over and we are all thinking "why did I eat so much" lol. Ive struggled with my weight for such a long time and my health issues certainly dont help, but Im making a definite effort in the New Year to shift all of this weight. I have been planning my healthy meals menu and am starting back on our products to help boost my weight loss. I will give regular updates on my progress and how things are going.
